The Chernihiv City Council adopted the decision to prepare three plots of land to the second land auction
At the plenary session of the 13th session of the Chernihiv city Council 7 convocation deputies approved 3 projects of land management on allocation of land for sale of lease rights at land auctions. This land auction to be held on 27 January 2017. It will be the second land auction in the city of Chernigov: the first, for the sale of lease rights of the two plots of land, on the 16th of December. Therefore, for the second auction of city Council approved: 1. The project of land management concerning allocation of a land plot (cadastral number 7410100000:02:006:0233), an area 0,1224 hectares, for the sale of lease rights for a period until December 31, 2022, on the street. Mikhalevich for the construction and maintenance of buildings trade at the expense of communal land ownership (the land of residential and public buildings). - Set the starting price for the sale of lease rights of the land (annual payment for use of land) at the level of 4 percent of the normative monetary value; - step auction in the amount of UAH 271,99; - the size of the guarantee fee at 5 percent of starting price of sale of lease rights of the land. 2. The project of land management concerning allocation of a land plot (cadastral number 7410100000:01:020:0067) area 0,1289 hectares, for the sale of a leasehold, for a term until 31 December 2022, according to Prov. Zankovetska, 12 for the construction and maintenance of tourist facilities and establishments at the expense of communal land ownership (the land of residential and public buildings). - Set the starting price for the sale of lease rights of the land (annual payment for use of land) at the level of 4 percent of the normative monetary value; - step auction in the amount of UAH 268,61; - the size of the guarantee fee at 5 percent of starting price of sale of lease rights of the land. 3. The project of land management concerning allocation of a land plot (cadastral number 7410100000:01:022:0134), an area 0,0425 hectares, for the sale of lease rights for a period until December 31, 2022, on the street. The wide, 2 for the location and operation of basic, subsidiary and auxiliary buildings and constructions of the enterprises of processing, engineering and other industries at the expense of lands of communal property (industrial lands). - Set the starting price for the sale of lease rights of the land (annual payment for use of land) at the level of 3 percent of normative monetary value; - step auction in the amount of UAH 38,22; - the size of the guarantee fee at 5 percent of starting price of sale of lease rights of the land.
