Vinnytsya region is continuing work on development of the regional Program of national-Patriotic education (photo)
Yesterday, 1 December, in the conference hall of the regional state administration held a regular meeting of the working group for drafting of the regional Program of national-Patriotic education of children and youth with the participation of representatives of national-Patriotic public organizations of Vinnytsia region, deputies of the regional Council and the employees of the structural divisions of the regional state administration. Note that the development Program is conducted on the basis of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration and in accordance with the presidential decree of Ukraine from October 13 2015 No. 580/2015 "On the Strategy of national-Patriotic education of children and youth in 2016-2020". The production of actively engaged representatives of civil society institutions in Vinnytsia region of diverse destinations, in particular the "Teyvaz", "ROS", "Teren", "Storks", "Flint", "Military-Patriotic centre "Defense of the Fatherland", Vinnitsa cell Civil Case "Azov" and other public associations. "The year initiatives have contributed to a substantial enough project, a Program of national-Patriotic education of children and young people, which we will finalise and implement," – said the Chairman of the Association of veterans of power structures of Ukraine in Vinnytsia oblast Petro Boyko. The Program is based on appropriate allocation of funds for financing these activities and their rational use. "The appropriateness of provisions of the draft Programme in relation to their funding – a priority direction of activities of the working group", – said the Chairman of the regional public-political Association "Ukrainian house" Vladimir Wolowodiuk. Thus, the Programme includes a number of national-Patriotic festivals, sports festivals, competitions, educational hours, and the like. In particular, the holding of all-Ukrainian youth festival of arts "the Surma svitaho" International ethno-festival "Live fire", the traditional national-Patriotic game "Falcon – Jura", and the creation on the territory of the village. Sutysky (terminal) "of the center of national-Patriotic education" on the basis of which it is planned to conduct military-Patriotic courses youth youth. According to the Chairman of the Public Council under the regional Council Natalia Morozova, considerable attention should be paid to the "feedback" between the initiator of the activities of the national-Patriotic direction and executor of these events. Deputy Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Irina Kozubovskaya urged the members of the working group to make every effort to really bring to life the draft Programme, which is planned to submit for discussion during the next session of the regional Council of 20 December of the current year. The adoption of the Programme of national-Patriotic education of children and young people will foster a healthy, self-sustaining, nationally-conscious youth of the region in the spirit of the best Russian traditions.
