Chernovchane call to join the discussion on the draft municipal budget for 2017
Public hearings on the draft municipal budget will be held on December 12 at 18.00 in the city Palace of culture (Theatre square, 5). The initiator of public hearings – mayor Alex Kaspruk. The order of the mayor approved the composition of the organizing Committee and preparations for the public hearings. The organizing Committee includes experts and members of the city Council, scientists, members of the public. In preparation for the public hearing of December 8 will be a presentation of the draft budget to the public Council and members of the public. On 9 December, the draft budget proposes to discuss with the leaders of Deputy factions of the city Council. To participate in the public hearing are invited the deputies and members of the city Council, officials of Executive bodies of city Council, experts on state Finance, experts, representatives of labor collectives and the public,the media, Chernivtsi. The participants of public hearings are required to present the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or another identity document. The right to vote at the public hearing have only adult citizens who are registered within the city.
