In Vinnytsia oblast territorial community acquired 2 ha of land
Common is the situation when the land owner died and the heirs for various reasons did not renew rights to the land. In such a situation, the question of recognition of the inheritance escheated is relevant. According to the Civil code of Ukraine heritage, recognized by the court unclaimed, at the place of its discovery becomes the property of the territorial community, that is in communal property. So, this year, the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, defending the state interests in the sphere of land relations, has addressed in court with the statement in the interests of the state in the face of one of village councils of the Vinnytsia region on the recognition of the inheritance, which opened after the death of the person who died 10 years ago, unclaimed. The estate includes land plot with the target purpose for conducting a commodity agricultural production, a total area of almost 2 hectares. The court's statement of the Deputy head of the Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office completely satisfied. Currently, the ownership right on the specified land area of almost 2 hectares, the cost 76 thousand UAH, acquired a territorial community. The powers of village councils to dispose of land, including those received in the municipal property in the process of recognition of land escheated inheritance, regulated by the Land code of Ukraine.
