Rivne local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against 3 individuals previously conspired, kidnapped and taken from the enterprise logs of oak. About this informed the head of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Samardak. - It is established that in June of 2016 a group of men entered the territory of one of the enterprises.Exactly where after the use of violence to guard the territory, loaded with special equipment and taken more than 10 cubic meters of rounds of oak, - the Prosecutor told. - The company incurred losses in the amount of about 80 thousand UAH. During pre-trial investigation gathered overwhelming evidence that this crime organized a 51-year-old summer inhabitant of the regional centre which attracted to the illegal activities of two more associates and guided their actions and directly involved in the robbery and delivery of timber for storage to another company for processing timber products. Action associates is qualified under part 3 of article 186 of the criminal code (robbery, coupled with penetration into the building, caused significant damage). At the moment, against the accomplices of a criminal offence (including one previously convicted) applied measures of restraint: detention and house arrest. The indictment will be to consider the merits of the Rivne city court.
