At the request of the joint meeting of SFA and Derzeitiger Ukraine on 8 December in Vinnitsa regional management of forestry and hunting, under the chairmanship of heads of regional management of forest and hunting economy Anatoly Bondar and the head Department of Derzeitiger of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region Yury Kazak held a joint meeting on production of documents of title to land for forestry purposes and taken under forest land. The meeting was attended by Directors and senior managers of state enterprises of forestry Vinnytsia region, representatives of design organizations. Anatoly Bondar focused their attention on the fact that the total area of land for forestry purposes state enterprises regional management of forest and hunting economy - 217546 ha. as of December 7, documents of title made to the area 127702 hectares (59% of total area). With the aim of increasing forest cover area to the optimum level - 15% - the company management adopted under afforestation 6621 hectares of unproductive land. Today the main task – preparation of documents of title to established forests of yesteryear, as well as the creation of new forests in 2015-2017. There are a number of problems that inhibit the production of legal documents: a long - term procedure for production of legal documents. Project organization documentation on land are made for several years. Although according to the law of Ukraine No. 3774 – VI "On amendments to article 28 of the law of Ukraine "On land management" dated 22 September 2011, the maximum term of preparation of documents on land management shall not exceed six months from the date of the contract; - high cost of production of project documentation. And that most state enterprises not under force. Anatoly Bondar and Yury Kazak analyzed in detail the status of the production of legal documentation in each forestry enterprise. Discussed the causes, inhibiting its production. Yuriy Kozak has assured that his office is ready to work so that within two weeks after the meeting to have a tangible result.
