Zhytomyr doctors took part in the all Ukrainian conference in Kiev,

6-7 December Zhytomyr delegation participated in the XV all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "problems of immunology in Pediatrics. Vaccination in Ukraine: 2016," which took place in Kyiv with the assistance of the Ministry of health of Ukraine, National medical Academy of postgraduate education named after P. L. Shupyk, all-Ukrainian Association of pediatric immunology, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Traditionally, the event was attended by the leading Russian and international experts. With welcoming speech to the participants of the conference were the Deputy Minister of health of Ukraine Alexander Lynch and Pavlo Kovtonyuk, academician of the National Academy of medical Sciences of Ukraine, rector of National medical Academy of postgraduate education named after P. L. Shupyk Yuri Voronenko, head of the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Ukraine Giovanna Barbers, Director of the office of health care development Agency of the U.S. Government (USAID / Ukraine) Jerry DBL and others. The conference was the format effective presentations, and discussion panels. A series of performances beginning Lyudmila Chernyshova, which considered the question of predicting the effectiveness of the introduction of vaccination against pneumococcal and rotavirus infections in Ukraine. He also presented a paper on "Measles. The urgency of the problem and prevention." Medical expert of the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) Catherine Bulavinov has told about the global vaccine market and its impact on the Ukrainian realities. To the question of the role of communication in vaccination in his speech asked the Deputy head of the Department of public health, Ministry of health of Ukraine Sergey Platov.
