Directive on the allocation of subventions 08 December 2016 was signed by the Chairman of the regional state administration Igor Gundich. — "The doctors of the Zhytomyr region, as educators, will be timely paid. This region received from the state budget more than UAH 20 million. Districts have until the end of the month to make payment of labour in public health institutions. If you do not react, do not hesitate to contact me directly," – said the Chairman of RSA Igor Gundich. Subvention is distributed among the budgets of cities of regional value, regional budgets and budgets of territorial communities United and will ensure the payment of wages to employees of health care institutions and payment for communal services and energy in 2016 in full. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was carried out the redistribution of subventions from the state budget to local budgets for implementation of state programs of social protection in 2016, according to which the Zhytomyr oblast received additional resources to the provision of benefits and housing subsidies to population for purchasing solid and liquid household furnace fuel and liquefied gas in the amount of 70.6 million UAH and payment of assistance to families with children, poor families, disabled from childhood, disabled children, temporary state assistance to children and help care for the disabled of group I or II due to mental disorder – 114,7 million. This distribution of subsidies will provide timely payment of wages to medical workers, payments for the acquisition of solid fuel and liquefied gas in terms of benefits and subsidies, as well as social benefits to families with children.
