In Vinnitsa region implemented the project of USAID to promote entrepreneurship and create jobs for internally displaced persons (photos)

December 12, in the art gallery "Intershik" held a regional forum on "Economic opportunities to victims of the conflict", during which was presented the new project of the U.S. Agency for international development (USAID). According to the Director of the U.S. Agency for international development Susan Fritz this project will provide a significant boost to the development of entrepreneurship and creation of new workplaces for internally displaced persons and other populations affected by the conflict in Eastern Ukraine. In turn, the first Deputy Chairman of Vinnytsia regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko assured that the government will support the implementation of this project in the region and will contribute to these categories of the population targeted by the action of the project, had the opportunity to develop. In the framework of the project "Economic opportunities for victims of conflict" that will work in the field for 2017-2018, it is planned to provide favorable conditions for creation of own business forces internally displaced persons (IDPs) and representatives of local communities, to facilitate the movement of business from the zone of ATO, as well as Advisory and expert support to entrepreneurial initiatives that are aimed at the solution of actual problems of higher professional education, in particular the employment of demobilized soldiers, women, people with disabilities, and the like. The project is implemented by the public organization "Ukrainian women's Fund" with the support of the U.S. Agency for international development (USAID).
