Economic court of Volyn region zadowoli claim Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office about amending the lease agreement for 1.3 hectares of land located in the territory of Borough agriculture Council of Kivertsi district. Under the lease of land entered into between the village Council and agricultural OOO "Haze”, the amount of rent for the use of the land amounted to 2 thousand UAH. for a year and, despite the fact that from the moment of its conclusion monetary valuation of land has increased from 33 thousand UAH. to 603 thousand UAH. the rental fee was determined and paid in accordance with the pre-money valuation. According to the Tax code of Ukraine, the rent for the land shall not be less than 3 percent of the normative monetary value of land, i.e. 18 thousand UAH. To bring the lease into compliance with the requirements of the tax legislation of Ukraine Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office appealed to economic court of Volyn region. By results of judicial consideration of a claim of the Prosecutor's office fully satisfied. From now on the tenant to pay the rent provided for by law.
