Zhytomyr: the authorities of the region have to adopt the experience of workers of the Vinnytsia Snapu
Recently, representatives of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of state administration with a working trip visited the city of Vinnitsa. The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with practical experience in the provision of services through Vinnytsia city Center of administrative services "Transparent office". During the visit, the Director of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration Alexey Shatilo noted that at the request of the Chairman of regional state administration Igor Gundicha actively considering the establishment of a regional ZAPU in Zhitomir. The operation of such ZAPU will ensure the provision of a wide range of services and high quality, save time and costs in getting citizens and businesses of the requested services, creation of comfortable conditions for maintenance of the population. The participants were convinced in the success of the mechanism of providing administrative services to citizens and business in the city of Vinnytsia, talked with staff and received replies from the head of the "Transparent office" Eugene Ishchuk and administrators of the Center and its territorial divisions.
