From 7 to 9 December, an official delegation of Vinnitsa region in the framework of the Protocol of intent was a working visit to the Liberec region of the Czech Republic to exchange experience and deepen cooperation in the field of healthcare, social protection and forestry. The delegation included: the Director of the health Department of the Vinnytsia regional state administration Lyudmila grabovich, Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the Vinnytsia regional state administration Natalia Zabolotnaya, the Deputy Director of the health Department of the Vinnytsia regional state administration Elena Itasca, General Director of the Vinnitsa regional municipal specialized forestry enterprise "Weblogtools" Anatoly Ivantsov, Director of "Podolsky zoo Eugene tkacik. Group social policy and health, composed of the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration N. Zabolotnaya, Director of the Department of health administration L. grabovich, and Deputy Director of the Department of health A. Jicinska, visited many institutions, in particular Luberecki regional clinical hospital, where hospital Director Ludc Necesary acquainted them with the work of the hospital, namely trauma center, helperton, Oncology Department and the control center of the ambulance, as well as higher medical school, where in the course of the meeting Director Jana Urbanova presented the activities of the institution and the system of training nurses. The delegation had the opportunity to see the theoretical and practical component of the lessons and communicate with students. Under the program, the delegation met with the Director of the hospice "St. Zdeslav" Tatiana Janouskova and got acquainted with the work of the institution. Specialized medical facility, whose construction was financed from the EU funds engaged in the care of terminally ill patients. The hospice, which cost nearly 109 million crowns (over 4 million) has 28 beds and provides assistance to families with incurable patients at home. The group of forestry, the General Director of the Vinnytsia regional municipal specialized forestry enterprise "Weblogtools" A. Iwaniec and Director of "Podolsky zoo" Is. The tkacik met with the Director of the zoo Liberec M. David Nello. During the meeting, the Director presented the activities of the zoo and acquainted their Ukrainian colleagues with his economic part. The Liberec zoo is the oldest zoo in the Czech Republic and covers an area the size of 14 hectares and has about 160 species. Liberec zoo is involved in four European breeding programs of EEP and is the only zoo in Central Europe that breeds white tigers. In addition to the zoo, the delegation visited a military area, "Ralsko", a reserve "?idlov" and sawmill "Sluka". Also during the visit, the delegation met with the Hetman of the Liberec region Martin Putou. During the meeting the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation and deepening of existing ones, also considered a number of organizational issues, in particular, the forthcoming signing of the cooperation agreement, the visit of the delegation of the heads of the RSA of Vinnytsia region with the aim of obtaining practical knowledge of the decentralization reform, the visit of the delegation of financiers with the purpose of learning from and establishing partnership contacts. During the visit, the delegation of Vinnytsia region met with the counselor for economic Affairs, charg? d'affaires of Ukraine in the Czech Republic. Gasowski and first Secretary for political Affairs Luk Yanchuk, A. and discussed the state of Ukrainian - Czech cooperation. As a result, agreements were reached to attract Vinnytsia oblast for implementation of the Ukrainian-Czech programme on development of local self-government.
