Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office established facts of illegal granting two public organizations of hunters and fishermen hunting grounds in use. Violations of the law relating to the lack, at the time of decision-making on granting of hunting grounds all approvals of the owners or users of land within which is placed the specified grounds. In addition, the provision of these hunting grounds were held in the absence of approval of the territorial authority specially authorized Central Executive authority in the field of environmental protection, which is a violation of the law of Ukraine "About hunting economy and hunting". Given the above, and to protect the interests of the state for the protection of the natural environment, the local Prosecutor's office appealed to economic court of two decisions of the Transcarpathian regional Council on the provision of in 2013, the two public organizations in the use of hunting grounds on the territory of Mukachevo district, a total area of over 23 hectares.
