In the Rivne region detained a suspect in the murder of 35-year-old resident of Koretsky district, the mother of three young children
Koretsky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office provided procedural guidance pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of intentional murder of 35-year-old resident S. Dyven ' Korets district, the mother of three young children. Last discovered in his own house dead, with obvious signs of injuries. As a result of urgent investigative actions police officers detained the person, the wife of the deceased woman and by agreement with the Prosecutor's office reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder). Established that the man (previously convicted), being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, during a family quarrel because of jealousy, inflicted on the body of the victim numerous blows with feet, hands, and knife wounds. The injury was for women incompatible with life and she died on the spot. At the initiative of the Prosecutor's office against the suspect 13.12.2016 court elected the measure of restraint in form of detention. Continues pre-trial investigation for the purpose of clarification of all actual circumstances of the criminal offence and the direction of the indictment to the court. Reference: criminal offence under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine belongs to the category of particularly serious, the sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years.
