In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office takes measures for compensation of damages in the sphere of environmental protection
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region provided reimbursement to the state for an illegal catch of fish. Solution Ladyzhyn 05.03.2016 city court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the state represented by the State Agency of fisheries of Ukraine about collecting from physical persons the material damage over-fishing is prohibited fishing gear. According to paragraph 3.15. Rules of Amateur and sports fishery approved by the Order of the State Committee for fisheries of Ukraine dated 15.02.99 N 19, prohibited fishing of aquatic living resources with the use of explosives, poisonous substances, electric current, barbed fishing gear, firearms and pneumatic weapons (with the exception of harpoon guns for underwater hunting), industrial and other fishing gear made of stenostoma or other materials and items, as well as the way bagrenje, construction of gatok, dams and sinking of water of fishery water bodies. However, it is established that the offender at the pond in the village of Lukashivka Trostyanetsky region Vinnytsia region the mesh caught almost 100 fish (carps, crucian carps, tolstolob, pike, perch), than the state caused damage amounting to 23 thousand hryvnia. For the purpose of compulsory execution of the decision of the court, at the request of the regional Prosecutor's office, bodies of the public Executive service opened enforcement proceedings. According to the results of the measures taken in November of this year, the damage in the amount of 23 thousand hryvnias are compensated.
