Vinnicchina: Kargopolye solemnly opened a monument in honour of fellow of the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident (photo)
14 December 2016 on the occasion of the Day of celebration of participants of liquidation of consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the district was opened a monument in honor krizhopolsky – liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear plant and those affected 30 years ago. The monument was built at the initiative of regional public organization "Chernobyl Union of Ukraine" and the support of the regional state administration and regional Council. Its construction began a number of companies, organizations and farms. The utility workers suffered water network through the installation of the monument, the local utility company spent equipping the territory: installed street lights, planted trees, bushes, flowers. Therefore, it was awarded many certificates of merit were also many words of thanks to all who participated in the preparation and installation of the sign, which now will come krizhopolsky. The author of the monument is a resident of the district, member of Vinnytsia regional Union of artists of Ukraine Valentin Tychetski. At a rally on the occasion of the opening of the monument was made by the Chairman of the district Council Petr Tambovtsev, village head Oleksandr Tretyakov, the President of regional public organization "Chernobyl Union of Ukraine" Peter Fly. Them and first Deputy Chairman of state administration Valentina Pastushenko and were given the right opening. The consecration was performed by the Dean Kryzhopil district, FR. Nicholas. The monument to the participants of the rally laid flowers and a minute of silence in memory of the dead liquidators.
