The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, together with the Management of the SBU neutralized a part of the agent – informators network of the terrorist organization "DNI"
criminal proceedings on the fact of facilitating the activities of the terrorist organization «DNR" of the procedural guidance which is carried out by the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, as a result of a number of covert investigative investigative activities exposed and detained a part of agenturen-informators network, organized by the leaders of the terrorists. A group of 5 people (citizens of Ukraine) operated in the city of Thoracic Donetsk region on the boundary line, and systematically provide customers not controlled by the Ukrainian authorities of the territory «DNR" information of the nature of intelligence regarding the location , number and routes of movement of units and military equipment of the Armed forces of Ukraine and other military formations involved in the antiterrorist operation, as well as losses. The information provided was used by rebels to commit subversive attacks and attacks on places of deployment of military personnel, military equipment of the Armed forces of Ukraine, as well as attacks on the civilian population controlled by Ukrainian authorities territories. Based on the totality of the evidence collected, all the detainee declared suspicion for assisting a terrorist organization and on results of consideration of petitions of the investigator supported by the Prosecutor's office, Vinnitsa city court all suspects taken into custody. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds. Sanction incriminated article 258-3 of the suspect p. 1 UK of Ukraine (creation of terrorist group or terrorist organization) provides for punishment of imprisonment for the term from 8 till 15 years with confiscation of property.
