15 December in the building of Fund of municipal property of the Chernihiv city Council at: city of Chernigiv, vul. Mstislavsky, 8 was held the auction on sale of object of municipal property. The organizer of the auction: private enterprise "Aksioma". For participation in auction was submitted two statements. Set initial price of the object – 1 400 884,80 UAH including VAT. During the auction was taken one step, resulting in property price rose 10 percent. The winner of the auction was a natural person who has acquired the object for 1 of 974.00 540 UAH including VAT.
