Opening the event, Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow congratulated the head of the Vinnitsa public organization of young people with disabilities "Harmony" Raisa Panasyuk appointment to the post of Commissioner for the rights of persons with special needs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. "society needs more kindness and good deeds. Raisa is the embodiment of such cases not only in Vinnitsa, but also in Ukraine in General. When it comes to defending the interests of people with disabilities, it manifests its principled position and invincibility of the spirit. And this, I believe, allowed Vinnytsia region to achieve significant results in the context of inclusion, which is why the Vinnytsia oblast is the leader in Ukraine in this issue," – said Valery Cow. Note that in Vinnytsia region, the trend of growth the allocation of funds from state and local budgets for targeted programmes to support people with special needs.
