St. Nicholas day, December 19, Kostandin was a fabulous event. The patron Saint of children, the wonder – worker Nicholas, sent his assistants in the Nikolaev community the preschoolers to make a gift and to open a kindergarten called "little School", namely the pre-school Department of the Nikolaev SNWC i – III St. "School – kindergarten". After years of expectations of the rural children will finally be able to attend a private kindergarten, which, moreover, a new European technologies. At the opening of the institution came almost the whole rural community, and it's a lot of guests from district and provincial centers and even foreign guests. Share the joy with the residents of the community and congratulate them on this remarkable achievement came Chairman of the district state administration Oleg Arcusa, the Chairman of regional Council Victor Slobodyanyuk, head of the Department of education of the district state administration Alina Didenko, head of the Department of General secondary and preschool education of Department of education and science of the regional state administration Elena Dorosh, Deputy head of Department for nationalities and religions of the regional state administration Alla Ratynskaya, Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Czech Republic in Ukraine David Masek, Chairman of the Board of the Czechs of Ukraine Lyudmyla Mukhina, as well as representatives of energy and construction companies. Guests of the festival, as expected on Valentine's day. Nicholas presented gifts: plasma TV sets, children's games, cash certificates, toys, sweets and much more. Oleg Arcusa congratulated the children, their parents and staff a cozy garden and wished all health, happiness, peace and harmony, said: "In such a difficult time, there are still joyful moments such as the opening of preschool educational institution for the future of our state for children. I want to say that, SNA event – it's a total win, because by combining our efforts have the desired result!". So, in the territory of the community preschool did not function, there was need for provision of educational services to children of preschool age, so in December 2014 the building of the preschool was transferred from Nikolaev village Council on the balance of the district education Department after which the launch of the construction works to create a contemporary garden. Two years work was carried out in the institution, in particular: replacement of window blocks and doors; the arrangement of internal and external lighting, water, built Sewerage system, renovation of bedrooms and playrooms, utility rooms, equipped with indoor restrooms, kitchen; put in order the territory around the institution, laid paving slabs, where there are sports playgrounds, purchased furniture, soft equipment. The Director of the institution Larisa Lanovik, in cooperation with the Czech Embassy in Ukraine, attracting investments of the Czech Agency for development of facade insulation preschool. In the course of works used 1 million. 800 thousand UAH. budget funds attracted by a charity and dedicated grants agriculture Council – 60 thousand UAH. investment – 2 million UAH. Now the pre-school Department of the Nikolaev SNWC i – III St. "School – kindergarten" ready to take 40 children into two groups. SNVC Nikolaev took part in the contest "Happy childhood" in 2015, and won a children's Playground, which is currently installed on-site preschool facility. Financed by local farmers and private entrepreneurs were purchased furnishings and landscaped grounds of the institution. Colorful balloons, cheerful music, excited parents, special guests and lots of gifts – all talked about how significant the opening of a kindergarten for the villagers.
