Chernigov: Energy remind: the Rules of protection of electric networks
On the territory of Chernigov and its suburban areas are overhead transmission lines with voltage of 35 kV and 110 kV and transformer substation 110/35/10 kV which supply electricity to all consumers of the district. The above power facilities are the property of PJSC"CHERNIGIVOBLENERGO". Role and responsibility of the company is reliable and uninterrupted supply of electricity to consumers in the required quantity and of high quality. Consumers in turn should be interested in maintaining the power lines in proper condition and not to deliberately spoil and to plunder the property. If you fulfil all above conditions, all consumers will be provided with electricity. To prevent accidents you must know: 1. According to the "Rules of protection of electric networks”, ensure the establishment of appropriate operating conditions of electric networks and the prevention of accidents in security zone VL (20m in each direction from the extreme wire), is prohibited: - to carry out any work involving lifting gear and lifts without the consent of the Northern VEM; - to build residential and other premises; - to arrange dumps, stored peat, straw, wood and to kindle fires; to plant trees in the buffer zone of overhead lines with promising growth height over two meters; - throw in live parts of electric networks facilities and to bring them objects closer than 2 meters, climbing on the supports of overhead transmission lines; - carry out felling of trees with height more than 4 meters. 2. High-voltage overhead power lines are constantly energized 35 000 and 110 000 volts, which are extremely dangerous to human life, so approaching the live parts of the line less than 2 meters is invalid. Special attention to all individuals and legal entities must pay respect safe distances from wires to large equipment during the execution of any works closer than 40 metres from overhead lines or just when driving under overhead wires in the transport position. 3. In case of detection of a population of the following cases: - ragged wire, lying on the ground (it is prohibited to approach to a distance less than 8 m to prevent electric shock); the wasting of the elements (reinforced concrete supports, wire, insulation) above the air line; - steal wire with power lines; - trimming trees in the buffer zone VL; - fire or deliberate burning of dry grass, straw, peat and wood wastes; should immediately inform the Central dispatcher service of PJSC "CHERNIGIVOBLENERGO" at the following numbers: (0462) 654-312, 654-352 and the duty Manager Chernihiv MES or in a call center company for 'free number 0-800-210-310. 4.The aerial power lines in proper condition and maintaining its performance will significantly affect the duration of operation of electrical equipment and quality of power supply of the city. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of operation can lead to a blackout significant part of consumers of the town and district for an indefinite period of elimination of emergency situation. In the event of failure of the above rules, vandalism of property, namely, elements of power lines, and causing losses of the Company, the offenders will be brought to criminal and administrative responsibility according to the current legislation. Illegal actions of the offenders will be treated as an act of sabotage not only against the property of PJSC "CHERNIGIVOBLENERGO", but against the electricity consumers of the town and district.
