In the State Budget the Government of Ukraine has clearly identified 10 areas that will receive priority attention and funding, defenses, social standards, education, health, diplomacy, agriculture, the establishment of the Road Fund, energy efficiency, culture and decentralization. Expert environment has called this budget a realistic one in which the economy will be able to ensure the planned revenues. Moreover, the Budget-2017 envisages the increase of social standards, and stimulating economic development of the country. Analyzing the adopted Budget, the Chairman of the Vinnytsia regional state administration Valery Cow noted that revenues of local budgets are significantly increased. Communities have a powerful tool for their own development. "The first step of the decentralization reforms was the transfer on designated financial instruments, which greatly increased the income of communities. With the decentralization of local budgets increased by UAH 44 billion (50%) compared to last year and next year is expected to rise by another 30 billion UAH. In addition, significantly increased educational and medical subsidies for 2017, which will increase revenues for personal income tax," - said Valery Cow.
