Chernivtsi: Strengthening human resources is the key to quality work
from the quality of personnel selection and performance of functional responsibilities of specialists of the Main Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region depends on the quality of services to Bukovina. The analysis of the qualitative composition of the staff reflects a positive trend of increasing the educational level of the Foundation. In recent years it has increased steadily. This has been an ongoing effort to train staff of the Main Department, including field training with employees of the offices in the districts. With the aim of recruiting highly skilled labour in the organs of the Foundation continues cooperation with the Department of applied psychology Chernivtsi national University, Chernivtsi trade and Economics Institute KNTEU. So, for 10 months of this year, 60 students interned in the system of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region, including 29 in the Main office. Also repeatedly held meetings with students of Chernivtsi trade and Economics Institute and University of Bukovina, which in an open dialogue students are informed about the activities of bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the advantage of working in the public service and invited to participate in the relevant competitions. However, equally important is not only the professional level of employees of the Fund in the region, but also a favorable psychological climate and corporate culture in the team. An important component in the work of psychologists is conducting special trainings and exercises. From may 2016, introduced the work with visitors in the front office, the purpose of which is the avoidance and resolution of conflicts and the creation of optimal relationships by reducing the emotional tension in the interaction of "expert visitor". With the aim of improving the culture of professional communication and ethics in personnel management developed guidance and conducted exercises with separate structural units.
