Stepan Scibilia: In the regional budget includes funds to support persons with disabilities,veterans and soldiers ATO
On the support of regional programs in the regional budget provided for 32 million hryvnias. Most support will direct on financing of social programs, according to the head of the Finance Department of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Skibiak. Among them is the program "Care", which is the basis of social protection of disabled (4.7 million UAH); the program "Veteran" (2.5 million UAH) — life support of veterans is supported by the system of benefits and compensations that are defined by the relevant laws. No less relevant is the programme for the support of ATO participants (1 mln) is a set of activities implemented at the local level for fiscal, social, legal and psychological support to military members and their families, assistance in resolving their social problems. Will be financed from the regional budget and the program of development of agro-industrial complex (1,1 million UAH). Its purpose is to provide stability of development given that the agricultural sector is one priority for the region.
