Rivne local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on the fact of theft of property of a citizen of the United States, committed in a large scale (part 4 of article 185 of the criminal code of Ukraine). This event took place in August 2016. A foreign journalist, who traveled by train, when to train vascal m. Now pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings against vinnichina completed. At the initiative of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office the court the suspect elected a measure of restraint – detention. The indictment will be to consider the merits of the Rivne city court.
