In the Vinnytsia region for false report about mining of the malefactor it is declared suspicion
For false report about mining 09.12.2016 year of the building of the Vinnitsa city court, a person suspected of committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 259 of the criminal code of Ukraine, reported about suspicion. The investigative judge of the Vinnytsia city Vinnytsia oblast court the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention with possibility of bail in the amount of 500 000 UAH. Extras: part 1 of article 259 of the Criminal code of Ukraine obviously untrue report on preparing explosion, arson or other actions which threaten with death of people or other heavy consequences,- is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from two to six years.
