In Volyn region will be judged guilty of fatal road accident
the Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on violation of rules of traffic safety, entailed death of the victim, 32-year-old resident of Novovolynsk. On the night of 19 July 2016, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication while driving “Audi 80" man in the village of Verba Vladimir-Volyn region hit a pedestrian - a 17-year-old girl. As a result dorozhno-transport incident the victim died. Now the driver is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. During a pretrial investigation the guilt of the offense the defendant not guilty. Punishment he will determine the court.
