To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region received the materials on the fact of a possible beating of a 50-year resident of Guta Kostopil district two employees Sarny police Department GUNP in the Rivne region. Information about the offense made by the Prosecutor to the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the crime provided by part 2 of article 365 of the criminal code of Ukraine upon excess of the power or office powers employee of law enforcement body, which was accompanied by violence or threat of violence to the victim.
