The investigation established that the individual entrepreneur, with the purpose of export outside the customs territory of Ukraine of goods “fuel wood”, used obviously counterfeit document-the certificate of origin of timber and manufactured lumber from them. In particular, the entrepreneur to obtain a certificate of origin of timber and is made from these lumber filed to the Transcarpathian regional administration of forestry and hunting statement with waybills for the goods – the wood of conifers spruce, fir which contained false information. After receiving the certificate of origin of timber and manufactured lumber from them, putting incorrect information in the future, the businessman, among those submitted for MITNOGO Declaration and clearance documents, and provided a false certificate.
