Chernihiv: the mayor checked the condition of the hostels,where affected residents from St. 16
28 Dec Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko personally checked every dormitory, where there will live the affected residents of the destroyed house on the street 16. At the same time during the visit, the mayor checked the status of the repair work in the dormitories. With him I inspected the premises the head of the Department of housing register and the privatization of housing stock of the city Council Michael Catholic and the head of Department of capital construction of the city Council Anatoly Zajko. Now the hotel is still 65 people (27 families): the hotel "Pridesnyansky" - 41 people (18 families), the hotel "trade Union" - 24 people (9 families). As of December 29, already relocated 85 people (31 families): - to a temporary shelter – 1 person; - in a hostel in Chernihiv vocational Lyceum of railway transport (Bakurinskogo, 18) - 40 (16 families); - in a hostel in Chernihiv vocational Lyceum of life (St. I. Mazepa, 78 - 44 people (12 families); - in a hostel in Chernihiv professional building Lyceum (St. I. Mazepa, 70) – 3 (2 family). First checked the condition of the hostel in Chernihiv vocational Lyceum of railway transport (Bakurinskogo, 18). This hostel is home to 40 people (16 families). According to residents of this hostel, overall the living conditions are good. But they had a few questions regarding the fact that the hostel didn't have room for washing clothes, a washing machine and room for drying clothes. For this reason the mayor gave an assignment to the shortest possible time was allocated a room for drying clothes and bought a washing machine. Next to check was the hostel in Chernihiv vocational Lyceum of life (St. I. Mazepa, 78). This hostel surprised everyone with its tidiness and cleanliness. Here settled 44 men (12 families). All the rooms in this hostel are in good condition. Also already finalized and a separate shower room for the settlers and a separate kitchen. After checking the dorms Chernihiv vocational Lyceum of life inspected the state of the hostel professional building Lyceum (St. I. Mazepa, 70). In this room moved 3 people (2 families). The condition and repair of this hostel is not the best, but it currently undergoing renovations which will significantly improve the situation. The only issue of concern to residents is that in the kitchen there was no water and sink. After inspection of the kitchen room Vladislav Atroshenko instructed to immediately correct the situation. After completion of repair works in the hostel is planned to settle another 29 people. The last authenticated Dorm Chernihiv national technological University (vul. Tsiolkovsky, 14). This hostel is not yet overpowered nobody, because there is undergoing renovation around the 5 floor. After renovations are complete, there will be 36 rooms. In the premises the planned settlement of 89 people (39 families). Renovations are scheduled to be completed by January 15. About 300 thousand UAH is planned to be expenditures from the city budget to repair these rooms. Summing up the inspection of premises, city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko noted that the most difficult situation in the dormitory of the Chernihiv national technological University (vul. Tsiolkovsky, 14). He said - The most difficult situation of financial, legislative and scope of work is the dormitory of the Chernihiv national technological University.
