The main source of investments in the construction industry are own funds of enterprises and organizations of Vinnytsia
Construction organizations in January-November 2016 completed construction work on the $ 1921,1 mln. (9th place among the regions of Ukraine). The nature of the construction, the amount of work distributed as follows: - work on new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment is 86.3% of the total volume; - works on capital and current repairs was 10.1% and 3.6% respectively. The volume of completed construction works by types of construction products made: - construction of buildings – 991,6 million UAH. or 51.6% of the total volume; - engineering structures – 929,6 mln.or 48.4%. According to the Main Department of statistics in the Vinnitsa region, the index of construction products in January-November 2016 amounted to 136.8% (3rd place among regions of Ukraine). In January - September 2016 enterprises and organizations of the region at the expense of all sources of financing mastered 5007,3 mln. capital investment (the 12th place among regions of Ukraine). In comparable prices by 2.1% more than the amount of capital investment for the corresponding period of the previous year. A significant share of capital investments (99.2% of total volume) disbursed in tangible assets, of which: ? in buildings and facilities – 31.4 per cent of all investments; ? in machinery, equipment and vehicles of 62.3%. The main source of investment are own funds of enterprises and organizations, which are mastered for 72.8% of total capital investment. The share of borrowings through Bank loans and other loans was 3.8%. Funds for public housing construction account for 12.4% of capital investment. The state budget is 1.7%, local budgets – 7.4%, and other sources of financing is 1.9%. Capital investment in residential buildings in cities and districts for January – September 2016 amount 725,0 million UAH. In January-September 2016 commissioned 228,3 thousand square meters of housing area (the 9th place among the regions of Ukraine), including: ? in cities 189,7 thousand sq. m of total area (of 83.1%); ? in the rural area – 38.6 sq. m (16,9%). The amounts adopted in the maintenance of housing rose compared to the corresponding period in 2015 of 3.9% (9th position among Ukrainian regions). Most of the housing built in Vinnitsa (64,3%) and in 12 regions region (the town of Zhmerynka, Khmilnyk, Vinnytsia, Haissinsky, illinets'ke, Kalinowski, Barsky, Tomashpolsky, Bershadsky, Tulchyn, Latinskom and Yampil districts) commissioned 27.7 per cent of the total housing.
