Chernivtsi: change the size of financial assistance for the care of invalids I AND II group
6 December 2016 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine", in particular article 5 of the law of Ukraine "On psychiatric care" in the provision of financial assistance to the person living with a disability of group i or II due to mental disorder, which is the conclusion of the medical Commission of medical institution, requires constant care, to care for him. These amendments provide that from 1 January 2017, the amount of this allowance is calculated as the difference between the three living wages on each member of the family and the average total family income for the previous six months but cannot be more than the subsistence minimum on one person counting on the month.
