In the Zhytomyr region from the sale of non-agricultural land in the budgets of all levels received more than 20 million hryvnias
In Zhytomyr region since the beginning of the year sold 100 non-agricultural land state and municipal property. The total area of the sold land is of 35.07 thousand hectares. Most plots acquired in Baranowski (11 plots with an area of 2.89 ha), Korostyshev (11 plots with an area of 3.84 hectares) and Ovruch (12 plots with an area of 3.6 hectares) areas. The cost of the sold lands in the current year made up 12.58 million. In General, subject to installment payments for sold land in previous periods, budgets received 20,04 million. Of these funds, 85% to 17.12 million received in local budgets. Funds received by local communities from the sale of non-agricultural land, can be directed to the development of local territories and the socio-economic issues.
