In Volyn region sentenced two persons,who carried out the impact on the suspect of extortion and obtaining illegal benefit officer
the Prosecutor's office filed indictments against persons who exercised influence on the actions one of the officials suspected of extortion and receiving improper benefits. Simultaneously the court directed the agreement on recognition of guilt concluded between the Prosecutor and these individuals. One of the main conditions of these agreements is mandatory'the relationship of citizens to give truthful testimony about the actions and inaction of the officer for which he received illegal benefits. Note that the Institute deals introduced in the criminal procedural code of Ukraine, which operates since 2012, it is for the cases when citizens are willing to facilitate the disclosure of other crimes. Recognizing persons guilty of undue influence (criminal offense provided by part 2, article 369-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), the court approved the agreement, assigning to each of the accused the maximum fine - 25500 UAH.
