The status of pending requests for information in the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region by 2016
Prosecutors Rivne region provides realization of citizens ' right to access public information. During 2016 to the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region received 152 request in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the Prosecutor's office examined 131. The Prosecutor's office provided information on 89 requests for information; 40 the questioner clarified rules of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", denied information on queries 2; 21 sent the request for supplies for the organization consideration proper stewards of information. The greatest number of requests (114) received in the office of the Prosecutor of the region, in the Rivne local Prosecutor's office received 20 requests. Often capitals information on personnel issues (45 requests). In particular, the questioner was interested in the declarations and the autobiographical data of the management of Prosecutor's office of area, heads of local prosecution offices; the salaries of prosecutors; the results of checks by prosecutors in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On cleaning power". In addition, a significant number of requests were related to issues of pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and increased public attention (41çàïèò).
