It is stipulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 28, 2016 No. 1029. In particular, the amount of such aid is: * for individuals assigned to category 1 (victims who have a disability related to the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl and the liquidators), – 5 250 UAH; * for individuals assigned to category 1 diseases of the Central nervous system (consequences of traumas and diseases of spine and spinal cord), – 17 390 UAH; * for children, the disabilities connected with the Chernobyl disaster – 10 of 840 UAH. Citizens will be able to choose SANATORNO-resort facility, which will be implemented by wire transfer of annual donations. However, if this amount is not enough to compensate for the cost of the permit, victims are unable to pay for their own expense.
