Radically changed the system of work organization, making the agricultural business today produces three times more grain and other agricultural products. Unfortunately, in war I can't say that we are in the queue investors who want to develop their production. And still near Vinnitsa is created, so to say, industrial ring, and there is hope for more jobs. - If we are talking about the winery, she's the first in Ukraine began to form the industrial Park. Then, in 2010-2011, few believed in the success of this business. And now on this site began to build a plant for the production of refrigeration equipment, which will create fifteen hundred jobs. Have a number of negotiations with foreign companies interested in Assembly production in the field of electrical equipment engineering. But at the same time, we have very clearly put the question of the formation of such sites in the districts. By the way, the closer the local community, the more she interested. The illusion that someone will come in, naive, now, stiff competition, and unfortunately, there is no such that all are in the queue to enter a particular area. Must be an active position of the society and its leaders regarding searches of such sites for investors. The city is the leader here, and I know this very well because he worked as a Deputy city mayor Vladimir Groisman, the creation of appropriate conditions for investors is we had a base priority, which is then developed. My task is to for two to three years to create a critical mass of positive consolidated territorial communities, which, like a snowball, would have increased steadily and would attract others. This will be done because I stress, very extensive powers and resources given to these communities – education, primary healthcare. Imagine if it built roads, developing educational sphere, and somewhere on the side, in the bushes, someone sits and does nothing, then sooner or later people will question such a leader, why their territory is not developed. What would you wish the residents of the area and how they will meet this holiday? 2016 was very difficult. Even if we take the budget revenues this month, they are twice the budget of December last year. Real have the financial resources to pay salaries and improve it in new settings.
