Vinnicchina: in the field during the first week of 2017, the incidence of influenza and SARS compared to the previous week,decreased by 16.8%
As 10.01.2017 years the incidence of viral infections was 771,6 cases per 100 thousand population (at epidemic threshold 694,3 cases per 100 thousand). About it reports Department of health OSA. The incidence in the whole region was 11.1% above the epidemic threshold. In the whole region behind medical aid concerning SARS turned 12373 people, among the infected 6327 (51,1%) children. Was hospitalized 939 people, including 620 children. The highest levels of morbidity in these infections were registered in the territory of the Vinnytsya and Ladyzhyn, Kozaytyn, Litin, Mogilev - Podolsky and Tyvriv district. In view of the high morbidity rate in separate administrative territories of the decisions of the regional and city commissions of TEB and an emergency was resolved the question of the suspension of the educational process. Therefore, in Haissinsky district - 27 DOE. During September - December of 2016 and the current period of 2017, in the Virology laboratory of se "Zaporozhye WLC MOH of Ukraine" by fluorescent microscopy were investigated with material from 57 individuals, 8 received positive rezultatu on 13 parainfluenza and influenza A. PCR of the investigated material from 46 people, 20 were positive for influenza A(H3N2 Hong Kong - seasonal). The method of paired sera studied material of 7 received 6 positive results, including 5 influenza a(H3N2 Hong Kong - seasonal) and 1 parainfluenza. Since the beginning of the epidemic season against flu and SARS were vaccinated 4026 people, including 846 children.
