Chernivtsi: Excise tax: innovations – 2017
Head of Department of control over the circulation and taxation of excisable goods Chernivtsi LIGHTS Lyudmila Osadchuk told what the two main news for payers of excise tax in its levy from 1 January 2017. First – the excise tax on retail sales of fuel is cancelled. From January 1 this tax is not accrued and not paid. However, the increased excise tax on fuel – 12-44%, depending on its kind (Law No. 1791-VIII). A report for the December 2016 deadline to 10 January 2017 (inclusive) forms No. 1-RA 1-RT entities that have obtained a license to retail alcoholic beverages and/or tobacco products must apply. The second pleasant innovation – from 1 January 2017 reporting forms ¹¹1-RA 1-RT repealed (Act No. 1791-VIII). Also the entrepreneurs will not be applied penalties for failure or late submission of the report or the submission of false information reporting on forms No. 1-RA 1-RT from the date of the obligation concerning the submission of such report.
