In the Rivne region, constructive engagement with employers - the key to quality of educational services
Held a final meeting of the Advisory Committee of NHS RCPTA with the participation of representatives of major rinocerous industries in the region - the service sector (hospitality, hairdressing), metal processing, wood processing, it – technologies and agriculture. The meeting evaluated the activities of the institution in the context of the main objectives that were set in 2016. Director RCPT SPSS Vladimir Psyc addressed the audience with a report on the main achievements, in particular, he focused on rebuilding and resupply of the material-technical base of zpto, the development of new projects and training programs, the prospect of expanding the circle of social partners, including foreign ones. The meeting discussed ways to maximize awareness of the population about the conditions for obtaining of professional education in RCPT SPSS. This applies, above all, rural residents. It was also noted that the school will continue to analyze current labour market to provide employers with personnel "in advance". Presentations were made by the Deputy Director RCPT NHS Ruslan Bodrenko, which summed up the work of RCPO assessment informal training chefs. Gained a clear mechanism of interaction with the basic centers of employment and applicants on the assessment, the methodology of such tests, picked up a Commission. Experience shows that on the example of estimation of chefs can arrange assessment of results of informal learning and tailors and hairdressers. Members of the Advisory Committee unanimously supported this position. Chairman of the Association of farmers and private landowners of the Rovno area Dmitry Ukrainets stressed the usefulness of the representation RCPTA the NHS at all meetings of the Association to further the maximum of the interaction. During a meeting of the Advisory Committee of employers addressed the important issue is the responsibility of the students RCPT to employers, enterprises which they practice. May graduates will work for a particular period of time that will be specified in the Agreement. A pleasant event at the meeting of the Advisory Committee was that the team of like-minded people joined by one representative of the restaurant business Igor Tsyrulnik, Director of cafe-bar "Gostiny Dvor". Finally, the Director RCPT NHS expressed sincere gratitude to the audience for constructive dialogue and expressed confidence that further cooperation will bring tangible results and will contribute to quality skills training and successful employment.
