And despite setbacks and sadness, hope for a better and easier their existence in society does not leave them. The main thing for them – what life is, and it continues. It is with this thought appealed to the employment center Sparrow Edward R. – a person who has visual disabilities. Losing a job, he immediately appealed to the employment center. The path to employment has been long and difficult, frankly, people began to lose hope for successful employment. But, faithfully fulfilling all the recommendations of the specialists of the employment center, Edward found a job. On the eve of International Day of people with disability management of PJSC "Rivneoblenergo" expressed a desire to conduct an online auction for the applicants for the vacant position of a courier in Sarny district. Private consultant for persons with disabilities Elena Mikhaylovskaya carefully analyzed the individual program of rehabilitation of invalids consisting on the account as the unemployed. Among the persons who could perform the work of a courier, was Eduard Romanovich. Having listened carefully to the requirements of the position and conditions of work, weighing all sides of the future work, Edward Sparrow after participating in an online auction decided to communicate directly with the leadership of Sarny, a branch of PJSC "Rivneoblenergo" for making the final employment decisions. The result was expected – the man found work and confidence of tomorrow, and the employer is a conscientious worker. That is the optimistic attitude and strong desire to work helped her husband to find a job and successfully pass the first stage of adaptation to the workplace.
