Transcarpathia: the region is actively continuing the approval process of local budgets for 2017
as of 14 hours and 23 December 2016 in the area of the 345 local councils approved the budgets for 2017 128, or 37.1 per cent. Adopted the regional budget for the next year, five budgets of cities of regional significance, 12 (of 13 districts) of district, 100 rural (299 villages) budget, 6 (19 villages) township and two budgets of cities of regional importance (5 cities). Also approved their budgets for two of the United territorial community (Vilkhovetskiy and Tyachiv). In 2017 in region three of the United territorial community - up to two Tyachiv district was added Polyanskaya United territorial community in Svalyava district. According to the submitted schedules of sessions of the respective local councils local budget of the region for 2017 is expected to be approved until December 25, 2016, as required by the Budget code of Ukraine. The approval of the vast number of local budgets for the next year is scheduled for 23-24 December 2016.
