40 military families Zhytomyr already purchased homes through public subsidy
In 2016 Zhytomyr received 41.5 mln UAH government grant for the payment of monetary compensation for housing 76 to the families of the participants of the antiterrorist operation (51 the family of the dead soldiers who participated in the ATO, and 25 disabled I-II groups of soldiers). In accordance with the Order of payment of the specified cash compensation (approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 19.10.2016 No. 719) the family members of fallen soldiers and war invalids to independently use their cash compensation to purchase housing within a year from the date the funds are credited to special accounts opened by them in PJSC "State savings Bank of Ukraine". As of 11 January 2017 housing has already acquired 40 families of the area, including 26 families of the dead soldiers and 14 disabled veterans. In particular, we have purchased housing in the cities of Novograd-Volyns'kyi, Berdichev, Zhitomir and Novograd-Volynski, Chernyakhovsk, Malinska, Chudnovsky, Korosten, Baranovsky, and Romanovsky, Emilchinsky, Ovruch and Olevsk districts.
