As you know, December 27 the President of Ukraine signed the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine". It is on the basis of these changes in the law formed key financial indicators of the State budget for 2017", - stated the Director of the Department. According to him, when calculating the employee's wages are not taken into account additional payments for work in unfavourable working conditions and increased health risk, for night work and overtime, traveling nature of work, bonuses for holidays and anniversaries. "If the employee has fulfilled the monthly labor rate, and accrued wage below the statutory minimum wage, the employer must make additional payment to its level, which is paid monthly simultaneously with the payment of wages. In addition, the minimum wage will not be applied as design parameter in constructing schemes of official salaries, the determination of fees for providing administrative services, court fees, taxes and so forth," - said Vadim Boyarsky. He noted that the Law also amended the laws of Ukraine, in which wages or salaries are determined on the basis of the minimum wage. They will be determined in the ratio to the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, established on 1 January of the calendar year.
