Chernivtsi: Changed size of charging an administrative fee for registration
From January 1, 2017, changed size of charging an administrative fee for registration and size provide information from the State register of rights. According to article 34 of the law of Ukraine On state registration of real rights to immovable property and their encumbrances for state registration of ownership administration fee will be charged in the following amounts: – in a period not exceeding 5 working days (0,1 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 160 UAH; – in a period of 2 working days (1 minimum subsistence level for able-bodied persons) – 1600 UAH; – in a period of 1 working day (2 minimum subsistence level for able-bodied persons) – 3200 UAH; – in time 2 hours (5 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 8000 UAH. For state registration of other real rights, distinct from rights of property (other than mortgage) administration fee will be charged in the following amounts: – in a period not exceeding 5 working days (0,05 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 80 UAH; – in period 2 business days (0.5 subsistence level for able-bodied persons) – 800 UAH; – in a period of 1 working day (1 the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 1600 UAH; – in time 2 hour (2.5 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 4000 UAH; For the state registration of encumbrances of real rights, mortgage, charge an administration fee in the amount of: – in a period of 2 working days (0,05 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 80 UAH. For the state registration of rights as a result of notarial acts are charged an administrative fee in the amount of: – urgent, after the completion of the notarial act, but not later than the deadlines for state registration of ownership 5 business days for the state registration of encumbrances of real rights, mortgage does not exceed 2 working days (0,1 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 160 UAH. For making changes in State register of rights, including the correction of a technical error at the fault of the applicant will be charged an administrative fee in the amount of: – in a period not exceeding 1 working day (0,04 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 60 UAH. For obtaining information from State register of rights will be charged an administrative fee in the following amount: – in the case of information, statements in paper form within a period not exceeding 1 working day (0,025 subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 40 UAH; – in case of receipt of information retrieval in electronic form after payment for the provision of such information via the Internet using payment systems (0,0125 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons) – 20 UAH. Are exempt from paying the administrative fee for the state registration of real rights: – natural and legal persons – during the state registration of rights that arose and decorated to carrying out state registration of rights; – individuals in categories 1 and 2 affected by the Chernobyl disaster; – citizens subsumed to the 3 category affected by the Chernobyl disaster who reside prior to relocation or self-resettlement, or constantly working on the territory of the exclusion zones, and unconditional (obligatory) and guaranteed voluntary resettlement, provided that they as of 1 January 1993 has lived or worked in the zone of unconditional (obligatory) resettlement for no less than two years, and in the zone of guaranteed voluntary resettlement – at least three years; – individuals assigned to category 4 affected by the Chernobyl disaster who permanently work and reside or permanently reside in the territory of the zone of enhanced radiological control, provided that as of 1 January 1993 they have lived or worked in the area for at least four years; – invalids of the great Patriotic war, persons from among participants of the antiterrorist operation, which is afforded the status of an invalid of war or combatants, and families of soldiers (partisans) who died or went missing, and equal to him in the prescribed manner person; – invalids I and II groups; – the national Bank of Ukraine; – the bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government; – other persons by the decision of village, settlement, city Council, the Executive body which carries out functions of the subject of the state registration of rights.
