The culmination of the festivities in Transcarpathia will become a regional holiday festivals in the present Transcarpathian holiday "Wasilla"
Light Christmas days in the regional center of Transcarpathia this year will mark an unprecedented scale: 14 and 15 January will be held a large-scale action under the name "Wasilla", which will bring together all the necessary components of a successful holiday art fair and traditional treats, entertainment for every taste and age, and performances by famous pop stars and colorful kolodnitzky groups. The latter will present their works as much as two distinctive fests in the present Transcarpathian holiday "Wasilla". So, 14 January at 13.00 near historical Koltunova center "Owl's nest" in Uzhgorod launched the regional festival-competition kolodnitzky bands and dens of the "New joy...". Festival-contest is the new highlight of Christmas celebrations in the province, this year will be the first time. Invited to participate kostnicka teams from all over the region. Performances will be evaluated by a competent jury. The winners will be awarded cash prizes and, of course, public recognition. The festival will end the day with a big concert in which will take part of the Odessa afroukraintsy "Black Stars", the stars of the project "X-factor" group "Without restrictions" and other famous groups. During both days of the festival in "Owl's nest" will be full of life: the wine cellars – fair of hand-made, farm produce, honey, cheese and wine; in the yard – food court with delicious food and "record" fish soup; will work a children's Playground and area workshops. So interesting and fun to be around! And already on January 15 on the basis of the Transcarpathian regional Museum of folk architecture and life in the seventh time will be held one of the most colorful festivals of Transcarpathia – "Kolyada in the old village." The fest will begin at 11: 00 with a solemn procession from Theatre square to the main location (the Museum). At 11.30 will be held a festive divine service in Shelestivska of the Church of the Archangel Michael XVIII century. 12.00 – opening ceremony and beginning performances kolodnitzky groups of the region. In addition, during the day at the Museum will pass fair-sale of works of folk craftsmen, the presentation of traditional Christmas dishes, photographing everyone with kulagowski and other attractions.
