According to the petition, agreed Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office, the court has taken into custody a 25-year-old boy who on new year's eve robbed pensioners. The evening of 31 December 2016, young man, through an unlocked front door inside the private house in Mukachevo, where there are two pensioners, a man and a woman – disabled. Hitting the woman on the head, causing the latter fell to the ground, the assailant stole from the rooms of the house 1000 UAH, 700 Euros, as well as gold jewelry. Loot, Mukacheve spent on Christmas gifts for their friends. The actions of Mukachevo qualified under part 3 of article 186 of the criminal code of Ukraine - robbery, that is open stealing of someone else's property, connected with violence which is not dangerous for life or health'I of the victim, committed repeatedly, coupled with penetration into dwelling. Now in the specified criminal proceedings, pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Mukachevo police Department GUNP in the Transcarpathian region.
