During 2016 to the Prosecutor's office of the region received 131 request in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On access to public information”. Among the registered information requests - 100 received in the office of the regional Prosecutor's office, 31 - up to local prosecutors. At the same time, to one of the local Prosecutor's offices the requests for information were not received at all (Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office). 88 requests for information provided by the Prosecutor's office, asking 40 roses’explained provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On access to public information" of the 41 requests sent for supplies to organize the consideration of the proper stewards of information. From the number of considered requests for information: 26 - on the issues of pre-trial investigation; 5 - on representation of interests of citizens and the state in court; 10 - HR issues; issues of organizational-administrative activities – 7, including 3 - provision of statistical information, 83 - on other issues.
