At the Zhytomyr OSA almost 2 years running the Center for assistance to participants of ATO. It was created first among similar Centers in Ukraine – in March of 2015 and works on the principle of "single window". In 2016, the Center was almost 3 thousands of requests for more 9 thousand questions. 80% of calls resolved promptly, the rest is controlled by the representatives of the Centre. A few days 2017 in the Center of help has turned 44. Their issue has been resolved in full. Since last year, the Center for assistance to participants of ATO initiated a variety of events to help soldiers and their families – exit reception to each district, engaging children attv to travel to the camp, the zoo, the circus, concerts, confectionery factory, the factory of Christmas decorations. Also, the Centre participated in the organization of children's rest in Ukraine and abroad. — "In every corner of the region know about the activities of the ATO participants at the regional state administration. The Center not only provide advice and help to the military personnel, but also to give joyful moments to the children. In the summer of 2016 the children whose parents protect our country, swimming and sunbathing in Croatia, and in the winter enjoyed the Christmas performances in the capital of the country", – said the coordinator of the Center Yulia Tolmacheva.
