Of the 37 sent to court indictments - 19 about crimes with corruption signs, 2 – in the sphere of land relations 1 – in the public sector. So, of the total number sent to court indictments on crimes with signs of corruption 5êðèì³íàëüíèõ proceedings against employees of customs, 3 – in respect of the employees of the state forest guard,1 – to an employee of the police and border service, and 9 – in respect of other categories of persons. In particular, the court directed the indictment against the acting’relations of chief of Derzeitiger in the Transcarpathian region, which mediated individuals demanded 20 thousand US dollars for assistance, using his official position in allocation in a private property the land plot of agricultural purpose on the territory of Uzhgorod district. In addition, completed pre-trial investigation and indictment is sent to court in respect of the operative of sector of criminal investigation Department of Uzhgorod OP GUNP in the Transcarpathian region, which demanded and received 20 thousand UAH for assistance in avoiding criminal responsibility two people. Also, in the past year the investigators of the Prosecutor's office of area there were 8 criminal proceedings in the sphere of protection and use of forest resources, 2 of which indictments are sent to court for consideration on the merits. All, in the criminal proceedings investigated by investigators of bodies of Prosecutor's office in the past year on the merits delivered on 12 judgments, of which 4 sentencing. For example, the results of judicial consideration of criminal proceedings against the employee of the Transcarpathian institution of corrections No. 9 of committing a crime under part 1 of article 309 of UK of Ukraine (illegal acquisition and storage of narcotic substances), the last sentence of Uzhgorod district court found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 3 years with probation of one year.
